As we Learned in our 6th grade science class, everything is made of energy. We have 7 major energy centers in our body, called chakras. They are imperative to our physical health, our mental clarity, and our emotional stability. Each chakra has it's own color, sound vibration, function and responsibility.

This class is an in-depth look at the Root Chakra:
• Discover it's purpose, its message, how it works with your physical body, mind, & emotions and your soul's agreement or contract this lifetime
• Understand the symptoms of an imbalance in the root chakra and how to correct the imbalance
